I’ve got a Tesla Model Y and came home from a 2 week-long trip to a flat tire. It’s dark and pouring rain, yet Derek made the trip out to me and navigated a tight alley way to get to my car. He swapped out my tire in 10 mins and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. I hope every car/flat tire issue I have in the future can be just as seamless of an experience as it was with Derek. Big kudos to him, thank you!
Derek Haag did a fantastic job helping me with a flat tire on my Tesla - this was my first flat on the Tesla, so I was not sure what to expect given they contract out service calls. Derek was super responsive, showed up very quick, and helped me understand the process. He did a great job swapping out the tires so I could get on my way with minimal impact from the flat. Wow! Derek Haag came out late tonight to swap out my flat tire under a Tesla service request. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable and I’m back on the road. Dispatch was great too figuring out that Tesla had mistakenly delayed my service schedule. Fantastic and highly recommended!
I had a tire blowout and Derek H. showed up within 15 minutes to replace my tire and send me on my way. He could have easily been gruff and short with me but instead he was incredibly helpful.He told my the PSI of the the loaner tire, what to torque the nuts to, and even suggested I go take a picture of the railroad that popped by tire to file a claim with the city of Seattle.I've never had a better experience with a towing company.Thanks Derek and ABC Towing!

Got Derek and he was great! A large pot hole had taken out the tire on my Tesla and he was there in around 30min to put a loaner tire on my car. Was back on the road in under an hour, great service!
Had a great experience just now w/ Derek, as he swapped out our flat tire w/ a loaner while we await a replacement from our car manufacturer. Very communicative and quick to get in/out, will definitely work w/ ABC Towing should the need arise in the future.

John is a very professional and courteous tow truck driver. He got us home safe and sound after we were rear ended, and helped us get our belongings out of the car before transporting it to where it needs to go. He is an example of excellence.
