ABC Towing, Inc. will be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to impound improperly parked and or abandoned vehicles from the property listed above. The WSP rates will change only at the direction of the WSP. All current rates are filed with the Department and are always prominently posted at the release facility. 4. This agreement will be in effect from the date the signs are posted and shall continue and remain in effect for 30 days past termination in writing by either party. While we do not charge anything to post or replace our signs, we do charge for removal without notification at a rate of $10 per sign.
